I purchased a 2021 Ram Power Wagon from Bayer Cadillac Chevrolet and had a very disappointing experience.
Before purchasing, I specifically asked about the condition of the truck, including whether there was any damage. I was told in writing that a walk-around had been done and no damage was seen. After receiving the vehicle, I found multiple dents that required repair (about $500), and there is still visible damage on the tailgate that could not be corrected.
I was also told by dealership management that the vehicle had been thoroughly inspected and that any issues had been addressed prior to sale.

Manager would not return calls. Requests for interior pictures were promised and not sent to me. Their requests for my pictures had to be sent to three different people. Only the original contacts were pleasant.

I recently bought a vehicle and before I came down I called all 3 credit bureaus and check my scores and lifted freezes but got down there you ran my credit and was told I had no credit I even call Experian right in front of the rep but apparently you run credit though some different way when all the bureaus run vantage score 3.0 your way I had no credit but with them had a 706 so now because of that I'm stuck with an ridiculous API rate and a ridiculous Payment plus it dropped my score 30 point which is ridiculous ... I previously owned a 2009 Chevrolet Tahoe and absolutely loved it. My husband and I showed up in Breckenridge to look at a 2015 Tahoe we saw on an ad. It was 3:30 on Friday afternoon. I wasn’t totally sold on upgrading my 2009 but Sam and Rob put together a deal that I couldn’t say no to. They were both personable, not pushy, and understood where I was coming from. I was very pleased with how I was treated by everyone I encountered. The service department got me in and out very quickly. My only recommendation would be to have a table/desk in the waiting area. I brought my laptop and some work to do while waiting I was able to get some work done but it was a challenge
